Overview: The Full-Time Facilities Technician works to maintain and repair company properties, ensuring high-quality service across multiple locations. This position requires reliable transportation to carry equipment and materials, with travel mileage reimbursement provided.

To continue delivering exceptional service, we are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our team! This position will ensure properties are well-maintained and safe for use. The Facilities Technician will work with team members to provide outstanding service to our company and clients. This FULL-TIME position operates out of the Feather Sound Country Club in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of maintenance and repair services across multiple locations, including building exteriors such as walkways, roofs, and parking lots.
• Conducts routine and scheduled maintenance to ensure property functionality and safety.
• Responds to emergency service calls as directed by employer or office staff.
• Prepares bids and estimates for materials and labor as requested.
• Completes daily work records and job assignment sheets, both written and electronic.
• Tracks and reconciles receipts for approved purchases related to job assignments.
• Provides superior customer service to team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math functions as needed for estimates and project planning.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fields such as HVAC repair, plumbing, carpentry, or construction required.
• Experience with multiple industries (e.g., plumbing, A/C, electrical, general construction) preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Licensed electrician preferred.

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency using software programs such as Internet Explorer, electronic mail, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
