This is a part-time position with weekly hours estimated to be between 16 to 24 hours per week;
The Maintenance Specialist is a skilled and professional worker who specializes in carrying out various jobs and projects at the companies’ buildings, including but not limited to, performing repairs and maintaining the properties.

The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and vibration.
