The bartender will be completely member focused, anticipating member needs, creating a welcoming environment and enjoyable experience for each member, every day. The bartender will be creative and energetic with regard to bar menu options, present exciting new possibilities for members, introduce members to each other, engage in conversation about the clubs activities, social offerings, enticing participation in events across golf, tennis and the clubhouse. Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Education and/or Experience:
Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.
Minimum 3 years bartending experience is preferred.
Basic software knowledge in MS Word, Excel and reservation systems.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Regular part time (20 – 25 hours per week), including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a country club, bar and restaurant. Subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to eighty (40) pounds.
